The Teleconference Center, located inside of theatre 1, will feature a Digital Lecture Theatre that will serve as an educational portal to the world through the use of state-of-the-art satellite and fiber connectivity.  Through distance learning, students and community residents respectively, will have access to critical mental and physical health information, and global access to learning and cultural experiences.  The impact of the Teleconference Center on the community can be seen in local schools, service organizations, businesses and the community at large, which includes five housing developments located within three miles of the Wattstar project.

The visual experience is a powerful tool for learning and a critical resource to stimulate the imagination of a fertile mind.  Great care and consideration have been employed to ensure that all residents and students have equal access to the facility, movie theatres and Teleconference Center.
