Plans for the first floor include facilities to educate and train young people in the creative disciplines of video/film production, post-production, animation, music editing, web and CD-ROM design, Microsoft certification, business development and much more.  Additionally, the Teleconference and Distance Learning Center will be the focal point for crucially needed global communications that will benefit local schools, the five housing developments within the 3-mile radius, and the community at large.  The second floor will be a state-of-the-art feature/specialty film exhibition house and will become the first theatre constructed in Watts in over 42 years.
